One fixed menu each evening, cooked to the day and the season — antipasto, primo, secondo and dolce, with wine, coffee and a Tuscan digestivo. Everything is made in the farmhouse kitchen with our own olive oil and ingredients from local farms we know by name. Breakfast is laid each morning with homemade cakes, fresh bread and local produce.
